Complaint: I received a loan in 1999 for a mere to go back to school. I became pregnant, and had to stop attending college. When I discussed doing an income based repayment, I was told no, and that I could easily just go into forbearance until I was financially able to repay my loan. I was never informed of the $ XXXX/month interest I was accruing. And wasnt informed until I was sent a bill for over . Because Of interest, I have been paying over $ XXXX/month for years, owing well over on a mere loan. I received a measly check due to the lawsuit. But I am still paying an astronomical amount for a loan I have paid back, plus interest already. I still have 10 more years to pay back $ XXXX/month loan for an loan. This is criminal.

Complaint: I graduated college in 1996. I have been paying on my loan since then but when I ask for back loan history of payments no one can provide me with this information. At graduation I owed XXXX. Its now 20 years later and I owe XXXX. How is this possible? I have paid off two cars and a house in this time frame. Every avenue I go down is a dead end of government XXXX. I know I have been paying on this loan b/c it comes out of my checking account automatically. I would like to know how I can see my entire loan payment history starting from 1996.
