Resolution

• Crystal Reports for Enterprise installation and product updates are available for download on the SAP Support Portal under the SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence Platform. The following section contain information on how to download:
  
  • Crystal Reports for Enterprise 4.2, 4.3
    • Full Installations and Upgrades
    • Support Packages and Patches
      ( Requires Full Product Installation to install, except for the new ONE Installer from 4.2 - Support Pack 06 )

    • Installations and Upgrades
      Full product installation.
      
      1. Go to the website: SAP Download Software
         
      2. Login with your SAP User ( S-User ID )
         
      3. In SAP Download Software, under the tab "INSTALLATIONS & UPGRADES", select "By Category"
         
      4. Under "By Category", select "Analytics Solutions"
         
      5. In ANALYTICS SOLUTIONS", select: "SBOP BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE PLATFORM (SBOP ENTERPRISE)"
         
      6. Then select:
         • SBOP BI PLATFORM (ENTERPRISE)
         • Select the desired product version. ( For example: SBOP BI PLATFORM 4.3 )
         • Select the product version again.
         • CR FOR ENTERPRISE
           
         1. Go to the website: SAP Download Software
            
         2. Login with your SAP User ( S-User ID )
            
         3. In SAP Download Software, under the tab "SUPPORT PACKAGES & PATCHES", select "By Category"
            
         4. Under "By Category", select "Analytics Solutions"

         6. Then select:
